Our Founders

Arin Fugate

Blue Diamond

Arin Fugate has over 25 years of experience using essential oils. She has dedicated her life to teaching others the power of natural health with essential oils. Arin is a Blue Diamond Leader with doTERRA and a Certified AromaTouch Instructor. When she is not joyfully traveling the world sharing these wisdoms, she can be found at home in Southern Oregon with her husband Gabe Fugate, 2 dogs, their daughter Emma and a new baby on the way.

Before doTERRA, Arin worked in the production and music industry in Los Angeles, CA. In this career and lifestyle she suffered from extreme stress, addiction, and lack of purpose. In 2008, she found doTERRA, began incorporating the oils into her mental wellness routine and quickly started to teach others how to use these precious plant extracts to change their lives. From these early efforts the Visionary Leaders community was born. Arin is thrilled to walk a life of purpose, passion and wellness now thanks to doTERRA.

Aisha Harley

After successfully utilizing essential oils to recover from a profound illness, Aisha made the decision to retire from her twenty-year career as a photographer and yoga teacher. Her newfound passion led her to wholeheartedly invest her time and energy into establishing her doTERRA business. Aisha's primary focus now lies in educating and empowering individuals on the safe and effective use of essential oils and supplements to enhance their daily wellness routines. With an unwavering dedication to healthy living, community building, and supporting others in their personal growth, Aisha strives to inspire individuals to become the best versions of themselves.

Aisha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art and Photography, and her expertise extends beyond her artistic background. She is a certified Aromatouch Instructor, an accomplished Kundalini teacher, a Level 2 Sat Nam Rasayn practitioner, and a graduate of the Clearmind International Institute PRAC program. Through her diverse skill set and comprehensive training, Aisha is equipped to provide holistic guidance and support to those seeking to embrace the benefits of essential oils and embark on a journey towards optimal well-being.

Megan Frasheski

Megan Frasheski came to essential oils out of the inspiration to teach her community about the therapeutic powers of plants and the freedom of inspired entrepreneurship.

With a love for ancestral medicine traditions, storytelling and Earth wisdom, Megan weaves inspiration to live in a way that nourishes and honors our deep inner self, the planet and living an abundant life in right livelihood. Her background has evolved as a visual artist (photography/videography) to the study and practice of yoga, meditation, massage therapy, music, religious studies and transpersonal psychology. Megan currently lives in Ashland Oregon with her husband Lathan.

Robyn Azima

Connecting to the Innate Intelligence within the plant kingdom over the past nine years has drawn Robyn into a deeper understanding of the power within Essential oils and how they support our humanity. With a background in the field of complementary therapies Robyn firmly believes that disease begins with an energetic imbalance and the importance of creating harmony between body, mind, and soul. doTERRA essential oils have been a profound influence on Robyn's work and she now travels extensively both within Australia and internationally sharing her love and passion for natural solutions..

Robyn lives on a 35-acre property within the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia with her husband Faramarz. She loves being in nature on her property with her husband. Music and meditation are important to her, and precious time with her family and granddaughters.

Ariana Harley

Ariana is a mother, artist, and urban medicine woman. Her connection with plants began as a child, spending time with her great grandmother in the garden and weaving throughout her life. She has spent her life following the thread of transformation, hope, and spiritual courage. Her focus is on mind, body, and spirit, guiding with a compassionate approach to wellness.

Ariana graduated The Pacific Northwest College of Art with a BFA, completed three years at Clearmind International Transpersonal Psychology program honing her counseling and coaching skills, and became a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Ariana is currently in a Master Healers Program doing a deep dive in collective generational healing using essential oils with acupuncture points. Ariana uses her artistic training and creative perspective to help guide individuals to their own innate wisdom and with these tools the capacity to move into soul, mind, and body integration and vibrancy.

Meghan Harlow

Meghan Harlow is a mother of three, living in the Sierra Foothills of California. She began her career as a Craniosacral and Myofacial therapist. Continuing on to get a bachelors degree in Alternative Medicine, coupled with her long history of childbirth education and doula work beginning in 2007, Meghan brings a deeply holistic approach to essential oil education.

It is her mission to empower families with natural solutions and support them becoming the healers in their homes. Sharing dōTERRA both locally and globally she inspires a thriving network and connected essential oil family around the world!

Lotus Hartley

Lotus is now able to combine all her life's work, bodywork awareness, and nontoxic living into a more empowering avenue, sharing doTERRA essential oils. As an AromaTouch Instructor, she gets to teach "Everyone can be a healer in their own home, it just takes practice." 

Tiffin Kreger-Bryant

Tiffin is a dōTERRA Diamond Wellness Advocate and a fierce strategist who sees what is possible in people and situations.

She thrives on passionately motivating them to achieve their goals with integrity, sharing skill sets that embrace confidence and goal achievement.

Lori Lishan

Lori retired from her job as an Elementary School teacher to be able to empower others to practice natural solutions. Lori is certified in the AromaTouch Technique. She has a BA in Human Development and M.Ed in Special Education and Elementary Education. She loves spending time with her 2 children and spending time in nature. Visit Lori and her husband, Scott, at their Cabin Drive-Thru in the quaint tourist town of Stevenson, Washington. You can get a variety of essential oil teas and coffee drinks there! Lori enjoys teaching about the energetic and emotional properties of this beautiful plant medicine.

Heidi Rhys

Heidi is a dōTERRA Diamond Wellness Advocate and a Certified AromaTouch Instructor.

Her passion is to share natural, effective solutions with everyone she meets and her purpose is to inspire and launch others with the tools to thrive, through dōTERRA’s powerful business platform.

Heidi lives in Cayucos, California with her husband and twin boys where she is an active community member. She loves outdoor activities, baking, giving presents, traveling, and savoring life.
