She is passionately consumed with equipping her clients with the mindset tools and strategies that enable them to see themselves through a lens of worth. Recognizing that unless a person embraces their inherent value, they will never be able to fully hit their goals or walk in the mantle of leadership. Tamara uses her own history of overcoming trauma, toxicity and abuse to connect with her clients. So much of what anchors success is rooted in perceptions, perspectives and fears rooted in the past. By identifying the roots of pain or limiting perspectives, healing occurs and business success invariably develops. Having worked with so many leaders, Tamara has been able to isolate what makes or breaks leaders. It’s not another system. It’s not a better product. It’s better belief. People simply cannot create leaders unless they walk as one. People cannot duplicate strong teams or leaders unless they are one. And that growth and success begins with belief.
