Kickoff call for the Cleanse is October 16th

Our guided Healthy You Cleanse will be led by Dana Schwartz LAc with assistance by Dr. Josie Schmidt and Asha McLaughlin.

They will guide us in the process of cleansing in the Facebook group and discuss physical, mental and emotional health with us as a community.
