Jake Reis:

In 2019, Jake joined dōTERRA, bringing 18 years of expertise in leadership development, training, and management. His training background extended to high-profile corporate clients and departments, with a focus on learning acquisition, process implementation, and evaluation. 

In the realm of education, Jake assumed a crucial role in leading a team of over 200 educators. Over the span of a decade, his team contributed to onboarding and developing the skillsets and abilities of over 50,000 new educators.  

Beyond work, Jake, a former collegiate volleyball player and coach, passionately trained and developed student athletes across all proficiency levels.  Jake excels in establishing connections and delivering interactive learning experiences that enhance skill sets, outcomes, intrinsic value, and motivation.  

With a bachelor’s in Psychology and a master’s in Public Administration, Jake aligns deeply with dōTERRA's culture.  His dōTERRA journey is marked by commitment to excellence, exceptional support for dōTERRA Leaders, and a fervent passion for the company's mission.
